Dear Junior Parents, Parents/Guardians:

Students at Silverheights Public School have been developing their track and field skills, and have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities at the Silverheights Track and Field Meet.

This year’s Track and Field Meet will be held at Silverheights Public School on Thursday, June 1, 2017.  Students should be at school for regular school day entrance.  We will be starting at 9:15 and going until approximately 2:30.  We will still be following the school schedule and have Nutrition Breaks at regular times.  Breaks may be just a little bit shorter.

Should inclement weather arise, students should be prepared for regular Day 3 class activities, and the meet will be postponed to Monday, June 5, 2017.

We encourage students to be prepared for any and all outside weather.  Students are encouraged to bring sunscreen, a hat, water in a reusable labelled bottle, and to wear appropriate clothing.

We are looking forward to seeing many personal best performances, excellent examples of sportsmanship and LOTS of school spirit.  Parents are welcome to come and cheer on our students.
