We had another fun and successful Terry Fox day. Our students had fun trying to see how far they could walk or run around the field. (Three laps are about a km.) Some of our intermediate students created a coin “plinko” device that made putting toonies into a bucket a lot more interesting. Other intermediate students took pulses as part of an experiment to see if taller students have faster heart rates or kept a running tally of how many laps students ran. Fun was had by all and money was raised for a great cause. If you missed sending in a toonie today we are still collecting tomorrow. Thank you, Silverheights!
