Parents,

There has been a recent increase in by-law officer patrols around the neighbourhood. This has resulted in a number of illegally parked cars being ticketed this month.  Be sure not to park in the staff parking lot, and to follow the signage about stopping and parking on Scott Road.  Rather than trying to park in front of the school, a strategy that many families use is to set up a meeting spot for students to walk to their parents’ car,  such as near the catwalk entrance on Poplar Drive, or Dawn Crescent.  Some families also meet on Sacha Road or Memory Lane where there is less traffic. These areas are less busy, less congested and should make dropping off students faster and safer for everyone.
