Dear Parents,

This fall in lieu of asking families to sell a certain product for fundraising, School Council is asking all families to consider making a donation to WEFI (Waterloo Education Foundation Incorporated) between November 21^st and December 2^nd.  100% of the money donated to WEFI can be accessed by the school and can be used to support re-greening/playground initiatives, as well as enhancements to support student learning.  Just think, nothing to sell and the school gets 100% of the proceeds.  We think you will agree that it is a pretty good deal!

Simply go to https://www.wrdsb.ca/.  Once you are on the website look to the right hand side of the home page.  You will see a tab called Donate Online.  Click on this tab and it will bring you to the WEFI page.  The first section you will complete is where you are directing your funds.  The default is general.  Simply click the down arrow on the right and it will show you the list of schools.  Scroll down and select Silverheights.  Then follow the steps as outlined.  For all donations of $15.00 or more you will receive a tax receipt.
