Silverhawk Families,
Please join us on Sept. 20th to meet our Silverheight’s staff. We will have Food Trucks and Icecream in our backyard. Staff will be mingling throughout the evening as we all eat together. This is a great opportunity to meet your child’s educators, say hello and ask some key questions. The inside of the school will be closed – this is an outdoor event.
This is also a fundraiser as Silverheights will recieve a percentage of the the total sales from each food truck. In order to minimize the lineups we have divided the evening into grade levels. You are welcome to join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm to eat.
If you want to meet specific staff come to the school using these guidelines:
4:30 – 5:30 Kindergarten Educators – meet and greet caregivers outside
5:30 pm to 6:30pm – Grade 1 – 3 educators attend – meet and greet caregivers outside
6:30pm to 7:30pm – Grade 4 – 8 educators attend – meet and greet caregivers outside
6:00 to 7:00 – Planning time teachers, 3/4 Split classes, EAs, Support staff etc – meet and greet caregivers outside
