This spring the Parent Involvement Committee of the Silverheights School Council decided to support Grade 3 students and their parents by purchasing and distributing chapter books for them.  Also in the package was a bookmark with reading strategies, (also available in many different languages) and information about Cambridge Library summer programs. The students were very pleased to get a new book for the summer and they gave a big thank you to Mrs. Smith and School Council for the generous gifts.

Remember no matter what grade your child is in the Public Library is a great source of books and children’s activities all summer.
